A roll of printed fabric is delivered to the digital cutter table using Shandong Rubycnc's uniquely designed feeding system. During the feeding process, the printed fabric can be prevented from being deformed due to stretching.
The large-format visual recognition system recognizes the outline of the printed graphic and transmits it to the computer. In order to accurately recognize the outline of the pattern, the color difference between the printed pattern and the background color is required to be large, and the distance between the patterns is greater than 5 mm.
After receiving the outline of the pattern, the digital cutting machine automatically cuts the printed pattern and cuts it accurately. Feeding, scanning, and cutting work are automatically repeated.
