In our past manufacturing operations, our factory’s vibrating knife cutting machines have been successfully adapted for a variety of processes, including straight cuts, bevel cuts, V-grooving, and hole punching, and are capable of meeting the standard processing needs for most materials, such as advertising materials, foam, leather, non-woven fabrics, and cardboard. However, when it comes to specialized processes such as U-shaped grooves and stepped grooves, traditional cutting tools have long posed significant challenges for the industry due to their cumbersome processing steps, poor forming results, irregular cut edges, and low production efficiency.

To address this production bottleneck, we have conducted targeted research and development to optimize our processes, and our brand-new, custom-designed U-shaped slotting tool is now officially available!

Equipped with the new U-groove cutting tool, the machine can perform precise U-groove and stepped groove cutting with a single button press, eliminating the need for manual re-trimming or repeated parameter adjustments.
